IMPORTANT: As of August 2007, I'm going to ask people to not send me any more fic to post on the site. I don't have the time or inclination to add it these days, and it's not fair to you for me to keep asking for your stories when everything is so up in the air. I will leave the rules and guidelines below for reference purposes, but PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE FANFICS UNTIL I SAY OTHERWISE. If you wish to share your story with the clone fandom, I highly suggest you post it on the fanfic forum. :)

I wanted to have a fanfic section on the site, because fanfic is fun - it allows anyone to use the characters and settings that we all love, and explore possibilities that cannot or have not been explored in the official literature. However, I am beyond pathetic at writing, so it quickly became clear to me that this section's content would have to come from elsewhere. ;)

This is where you come in! If you've written any fiction centered on clones, you can get me to put it up on the site (giving you full credit, of course) and that way you'll have:

• the possibility of many more readers than you would get by only posting it elsewhere
• a URL for your story that you can point all your friends/relatives/people you pass on the street to
• the knowledge that at least one person has read your fic (I will!)
• the knowledge that you are cooler than most people because you've contributed content that makes this site much better! ;)

If you want to have your work featured on this site, keep reading! Just read through the rules below and if all is good, drop me an email.

Rules

• Your story must be set in the Star Wars universe and feature clones in a primary role.
• I'm going for a primarily Gen fic archive here. Please no slash or anything even close to explicit sexual content. The main reason for this is I'm going to read every fic I archive here, and there are some things I'd rather not read or have on the site. Unfair? Possibly. But it's my site, and I don't want visitors to be uncomfortable in any way with any of the material here. Keep the violence, language, and sex at a level in-line with something you might see in an official Star Wars movie or book, please.
• Anything submitted must be written 100% by you. Don't submit anything written by someone else without their knowledge. For joint efforts, just let me know that you have the permission of the other person to post the fic. And make sure to give me their name & email so I can credit them as well!
• Please only submit finished fics - no works-in-progress. You can let me know about WIPs so I can start formatting them, but I'm not going to post them until they're complete.
• Please make sure at least one other person has read your fic before you submit it; to check for coherency, spelling, and grammar. I don't have time to be everyone's beta reader. If there are too many grammatical or spelling errors, it will not be posted... I'll tell you to clean it up first.
• Feel free to email me new revisions for posted fics. However, if you've only made minor changes in particular sections, please point out what's changed to me so I don't have to reformat your entire story. ;)
• If at any time you want me to remove your fic from my site, just and it'll be done. Your story remains your property completely. Thus you can feel free to post it anywhere else you wish, in addition to here.

Submit

Email and include the following in your email:

• Your name or nickname, as you'd like it displayed on the site.
• Your email address and optionally, your website URL. These will be posted so readers can contact you to give you feedback. (Don't worry, emails are spam-protected!)
• The title of your fic.
• A short description (1-3 sentences) of your fic to entice people to read it. Think teaser.
• An email attachment of your fic: in HTML, Microsoft Word (.doc), text (.txt), or PDF format. If your fic is short, you can also copy and paste it into the body of the email. Or if it's already posted somewhere online, just give a link.

I can't promise when or if I'll get your story online - it'll depend on whether all the rules were followed, how long your story is, how much you use italics, and how busy I am at the time you send it to me - but I'll email you when it's up so you can check it out and make sure everything's all good. :) Vor'e!
